I was just told by a girl at hotel reservations that my room rate of $77 didn't qualify for free passes to Rehab on a Sunday and that it would be $50 per male extra to be paid at the entrance to rehab??????

I just dont understand why they didn't add a rehab disclaimer on to the booking when we booked it. Also there was talks about the policy change..where is it in writing? I don't see any where that discusses booking policies on the website.

i don't think they are real concerned with policies. seeing as my confirmation email states i can cancel within 72 hours, yet they tried telling me i couldn't. they are clowns.

I booked for 4 nights about a month ago and it was not a twitter rate. Anybody know what rate is the minimum rate you can pay and still get free passes for rehab?

the lady on the phone told me it had to be the prevailing rate which for this sunday is like $259 or $279, i don't remember exactly but it was one of those two.

Yea, I was told the same thing. That really gets me angry, that they didn't tell us this at all in writing. And that they can just decide to start doing that right before we actually go.

Its just some BS excuse that this particular hotel rep decided to use. Not everyone books their rooms through HRH. What about the guys that use expedia..orbitz. I doubt they would ever pay the prevailing rate. 90% of the people that book rooms in Vegas don't play a prevailing rate.
