  • Young Crowd

I will be going to vegas in the middle of June for the first time with a few friends for my birthday ( 4 guys 2 girls, age 22-26). I am looking for a hotel that has a very young crowd and party vibe. Price is not an issue. Any suggestions

    It's Vegas!!

    Try... all of them!

You will find a young crowd at every hotel in Vegas. It depends what kind of scene you are looking for. Do you want a pool party, high rollers, low-key...

For young groups, my first thought is the Hard Rock... Planet Hollywood is solid too.

I'm 28, staying at the Wynn next week... there will be some people in their 20's there, especially at the clubs...

I've stayed at Hard Rock probably 8 or 9 times and always had fun. And I've stayed at Palms twice. I know you can't go wrong with either of those for the young party crowd.

The other hotels I've stayed at all had a mixed crowd. I've never stayed at Wynn and I'm sure its sweet but they way I look at it "why stay there when you're 22 or 23 when you can stay there when you're 35."

For you age group and pursuant to your post, here is my feedback

              (1) Hard Rock or Palms---drawback is they aren't on strip

              (2) MGM--on the strip, great rates, good pool scene, good pre-party, shitty regular club scene, good afterhours at Tabu

              (3) Places to avoid for what you are looking for = Bellagio, Mandalay Bay...although very nice hotels, not exactly the "party vibe"

Planet Hollywood. Mid strip and good vibe.

                  Planet Hollywood gets my vote.

If you want to be in a prime location on the strip while having a younger crowd I would stay at The Flamingo. I stayed there on my 21st B-day and there pools were always packed with the younger crowd! Now if you want to be off the strip, definitely stay at the Hard Rock! There pool is always hopping especially On Sunday (Rehab). Another beautiful amenity Hard Rock has to offer is there night clubs! Vanity just opened its doors and it has created nothing but good things for The Hard Rock! Another great perspective is they also have an after hour’s night club! Good luck bro Hope this helps!

I don't doubt that. However, last time I checked, Caramel is not a hotel.

I agree that all hotels have a young crowd/vibe instead of Mandalay and Bellagio (personally). I say stick with a hotel that has one of the clubs or pool parties you want. This way you just have to go downstairs and not worry about cabbing it. I just got back from TI, it had a young crowd but trashy/jersey shore type vibe...never again! But it was nice for going to the Venetian, Mirage, and Wynn at night.

planet hollywood, Mirage or caesars palace (the latter has the best pool and Pure!!)

First time, I would stay on strip, otherwise you will spend $$$ on taxis!
