Clubs dead and gone/memories

What are some of the best memories from former clubs that the Vegas Veteran's have here?

I mean, does anybody else here remember Bikini's at the Rio? LOL. I used to think that place was the shit. Starting a Thursday night there and then heading to Ra over the Luxor used to be an awesome night out?

Also, i think people who didn't get to experience Baby's at the Hard Rock really missed out. In fact, I'd love to see it make a comeback.

Loved the small VIP room on the upper level with limited # of tables and bar right outside of it. Had a lot of fun times there!

wow!!! babys!!! when I got in the game the hotspot was rumjungle, my first bottle service was at tabu even though they are both still open they have seen better days. RA is another one that was considered a happening place.

I remember back in the day when Club RIO was the first spot to hit. Seeing lines snake thru a casino is nothing new now but back in 97, it seemed crazy to me

The Beach was a good spot before it turned to shit and eventually demolished. If I couldn't get into drais, I went to the beach

Loved RA layout huge bar up front and in the back

Baby's was the best... the front room with old school hip hop!!

Back in the days 2000-2003 or so, Studio 54 was crackin. Tuesday nights there were insane and weekends weren't bad either.

Of course when the Real World Las Vegas came along, it turned Rain into THE place to be. Man, first time I walked into that place............it moved.

Also loved the Beach. Went there one night when a Jazzercise convention invaded it. Loads and loads of drunken 30-45 year old married and divorced women of all shapes and sizes who were looking to hook up with anything that moved. You used to be able to race bartenders in a beer bonging contest. If you won, your beer was free. If you lost, you paid for your beer and the bartender's. I Won eight in a row the first night we went in there and it would have been nine if the last guy I was racing didnt hit my beer bong, cause and air bubble and make me spill all over. Aaaaaaaaraarrrrrrrhhhhhhh.

I'm trying to remember the name of the joint that was next to the old Boardwalk casino. Had an awesome afterhours, Seven maybe?

Seven was the shit when it first opened. I remember going and being awe struck. Went a couple yrs later and it was dead! Whats in that spot now? City Center?

My first thought on looking at the thread title was also Bikinis. It's amazing how far clubs have come. My first trip to vegas was bikinis and coyote ugly. Embarrassing now, but still a good time.
