California will probably be one of the first, if not the first to adopt a legalize and tax proposition. They've got the petitions everywhere. It's gonna be on the ballot in November I believe.

I certainly wouldn't discount the idea of their legalization - twenty years ago, having the number of states legalizing gambling/casinos today was unthinkable. And have you looked at some of these states' budgets? California's nearing a fiscal collapse. As states continue to spend idiotically over their budgets, they'll continue to turn to legalization of vices for tax revenues.Comment

I don't have a problem with the drug itself. It is one of the safest drugs you can take (even more safe than tylenol).
