25 states have legal gaming, not including all Indian Gaming Casinos, I'm sure plenty of them exist on the reservation lots in the midwest.

this is what I get:

There are 19 states (and one US Territory) that allow commercial casinos in some form: California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana[10], Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Washington, and West Virginia.

But even at 25, thats still only 50/50. Id say 10-15yrs you MIGHT be 50/50 with pot. The DEA has a section on their website dedicated to the subject. http://www.justice.gov/dea/ongoing/calimarijuana.html You have a lot more to overcome then just waiting for some old people to die.

I personally wouldnt care if it was legal. What people do in the privacy of their own homes is their business. Just saying I dont see happening all over, and becoming socially accepted like cigarettes.

I think within 10-15 years it will be legal in all states. Just wait until some of the old men die and then it'll change.

California will probably be one of the first, if not the first to adopt a legalize and tax proposition. They've got the petitions everywhere. It's gonna be on the ballot in November I believe.

Yeah... eventually, it will be legal. it has to be. the same thing happened with alcohol back in the day. adam carolla explained perfectly why it will eventually be legal on his podcast, wish i remembered to quote him.

I don't have a problem with the drug itself. It is one of the safest drugs you can take (even more safe than tylenol).

However, despite it being a safe substance, I will not come near it because it is illegal.

It is all good in Van City but no way in Vegas!!! I hear that they are pretty lax on enforcement along the strip for smoking, but trafficking is probably big time!

I think that more law enforcment agencies are getting more lax and I believe that this will continue with more frequency. But if the pharmacutical industry has it's way it will not become legal in all states. There is too much $ to be made by them keeping ppl sick instead of allowing them the natural healing effects of pot. I'm all for medical marijuana I've seen many medical success stories with it.

Ah just found this thread. I love smoking weed when I get the chance, and I like to think of myself as living proof that us stoners can be responsible members of society! Although lately alcohol has been my "drug" of choice, and I never like to mix the two. But hey ya, LEGALIZE IT!!

you not allowed to smoke tobacco in side bars and cafes , but if you biuld a big reefer with grass , its no problem , so you see drinkers standing on the paths outside bars , and stoners smoking inside , how fucked up is that lol
I get drug tested 4 or 5 times a year for work , so cant smoke
