So I e-mailed Patrick Frank at Tryst about a table reservation for Sat Jan 2, and let's suffice it to say I will not be paying those bottle prices, $550 ea w/ a min of 2.

I'm unable to find a contact other then Patrick for the guest list. Does anyone know who I need to contact or does Patrick also handle the guest list?

I'm still waiting to hear back from Tao about their minimums for a table reservations.

$550 seems crazy seeing as its January and things shud calm down a little! I mean im all for a massive party but $550 per bottle that's just plain getting ripped of! How can they justify charging $500 for a bottle which costs less than $50? I mean obviously you pay a premium for a bottle, but over $500? U really need to think when you are getting just plain ripped of! In england in a top london club you would never pay more than £150 for a bottle of grey goose, which would be around $250-$280!
Dont get me wrong i love bottle and table service and i will end up doing it in vegas when i come, but don't let any of us kid each other, it is a plain rip of no two ways about it!

They justify it by saying it's a holiday weekend. But a fool and his $ are soon parted. This fool will be spending her $ @ the craps table. I'm not there to impress just dance my ass off.

I'll do a ton of pregaming for my drunk. Bro staying @ Planet Hollywood and will have a bottle or 2 there prior to going dancing. So guess I'll just try to get on the guest list.

New Years is a big Holiday, and Tryst is usually +100 on Holidays, so I dont think its a reflection of Patrick. Just Tryst supply and demand polices.

Fair enough but that's just one club, the majority are still cheaper! To put it in another light no London bar or club would charge over £250 for a bottle of grey goose!
I just think the Vegas clubs are taking the piss, don't get me wrong I will still end up doing it, just because im in Vegas! Also i think the Vegas clubs should start to do more of the minimum spend thing, its better and if in the group somebody doesn't like one drink they have the option of having something else!

God I wish I could but am working here in Indy that night and am unable to get out of it. So my big party is Sat & Sun a combo of NY, & 2 different birthday celebrations. woo hoo can't wait.
