    distance from nevada:
    again, divide the states into 3 groups:
    bordering nevada: 1 point
    bit further away: 2 points
    really far away: 3 points

    so... california would be 1 point + 1 point
    new york would be 1 point for population but 3 points for distance.
    alaska would be 3 + 3 points!

    then a +5 points for a jc member.

    but then.... will it be
    1) the state which they were born
    2) the state which they live in
    3) the state which they study in (or will there not be many students in vegas)
    That sounds good. But i would make it for what state they are currently living in.

          Based on the complicated guidelines, the further the person who gave said STD is away from Nevada So, Brazilian chlamydia is worth like 6 points.

              firstly,

              it is not really complicated. we could make it so i have to take it to account the ammount of time spend talking to the girl before... or how much money was spent on drinks or dinner...

              and if they are not from the USA it wont count towards any points.

              as for STDs... true, i guess it is a worry with american girls, but i just was with a girl (in last 2 hours) who would not sleep with me in a bar toilet as neither myself or her had any condoms on us. i guess Ohio girls are 'healthy'. does kind of make me want to meet more girls from ohio when i am in vegas.
