Yea its a very good choice. You don't want to go this time of the year because its hot and VERY humid. You get soaked just leaving your hotel. As far as going in March, its a perfect paradise. You get your Vegas like clubs along with the beach and your local hotel pool usually throws a pretty sick party. I went when the Hills were a big thing, and saw Lauren Conrad there. -

I've finally witnessed first hand how you guys can't stay on topic. I think part of this was my fault.
It's getting comical how the thread goes from XS lines to Mexico...Bottle service prices to Indiana Jones and his man purse. Good times!!

The memories of Papas and Beer.....The best....I have so many great stories...can't imagine waiting for 3 hours to get into any club. What made it worth it if you don't mind me asking? Not questioning it, just interested.
I get super impatient. I don't think I could do it.
This was back in my college years (graduated in 01). Also, went a few times after I graduated from college. Back then this was the place to be. 4000+ people dancing, drinking, and hooking up. Tons of girls everywhere. Have to dig up some pics. I went to Vegas also and the only good club back then was Studio 54. So at that time Vegas could not compare to Papas and Beer.
Also, three hour long waits would happen during the major holidays (Labor and Memorial). You could get the bracelets starting at 10 am and go into the club through out the day. 3 hour waits would start at around 10 to 11 pm. Club would close at 5 am.
The scene at Rosarito Mexico (where Papas is at) has died over the last 5 years. Not much going on as of lately.
Not more amazing, but very good back then. I love XS. Great club, tons of cool people, and more mature. Downside you have to spend like 2Gs at XS versus a couple of hundred dollars back then at Papas.Yea +1 what's so amazing about that place over XS??
I been to many clubs in Europe, US (Chicago, SF, SD, NYC, Washington, etc), Mexico (Cancun, Cabo, Vallarta) with my brother and friends and we agree that Papas and XS are the two best clubs we been to.

I was at XS on 9/12 with bottle service. Arrived at 9:30 and the line was huge...wait from what I heard at that time was about 30 minutes.
Took about 10 minutes for me and my boys to get in and we ended up outside on a daybed....f'in awesome time!The Law is an ass!
