Opinions on Tao Beach on a Thursday

I am headed to Tao Beach next Thursday. This is exactly what i am looking for.

A spot that is not so hectic because going to Drais that night...

made be headed there on friday of EDC week for Carnage..I am thinking it should be a good party considering its edc week.

The food at most of the pools is great.

Some are much better than others though. Marquee's is truly great and not expensive. EBC's food was absolutely terrible before this season, and although I've only gone once this year, what I had is still far behind the others. At Wet, some of their food is really good (and I love the ice cream sandwiches) but I feel like you really need to know what to order.

We are arriving on a thursday in July, we are staying at the Cosmo.

How would Tao beach compare to our hotel pool on thursday, were looking for something lively but dont want to make the journey to Tao beach if its going to be similar to Marquee pools on a thursday?

any ideas?
