I will be coming in solo for "business" and plan on doing a bit of the dayclub but want to the nightclub experience as well. I made the mistake of getting burned out during the day and only went out HALF the time at night...any tips from the pros out there? I will be doing Encore on the 18th and want to do both Dayswim AND Nightswim...so I am preparing myself mentally!

as Chris mentioned. Hydration and Sleep are the key.
If you over indulge i would recommend going to Push or Hangover Heaven. Its the quickest way to get back to tip top shape. I know its a little pricey... but if factored in... you can continue smashing it out there...
Sleep is tricky... maybe some melatonin... although some might sya its risky... i have the issue of not getting enough sleep.. and will be looking at sleeping tablets so i can get sleep.

After the pool parties drink something to replace electrolytes. I usually dissolve pedialyte powder in coconut water and force myself to drink it all before napping before the club. It wakes me up bc I end up having to use the washroom. But I make sure to leave a bottle of water beside the bed and drink some of that before crashing again. After clubs I do the same thing, but just water. Honestly, the hydration overkill and naps are what save me

This exactly. Just got back from Friday-sunday of pools and clubs every day and night. The energy at the pools alone is enough to have fun. ^^ Yes, to add to it... I'm a really good napper so I plan on just skipping dinner so I can get a good 3 -4 hours before hitting the club. Grab food right after the pool party, eat, if possible and crash. I always try and nap between the pool and club. Then nap between the club and pool. 3-4hrs sleep between each works. Finding time to eat is whats hard for me.Blackout Artist

A couple of years ago you posted about your nap schedule. My group now takes a 3-4 hour nap between the pool and the club. That is a great great plan. It works best if you down 2 bottles of water before the nap. also make sure to set a ton of alarms and put your phone/alarm somewhere that you have to get out of bed to turn it off. nothing is worse than waking up from your post-pool nap at 3 A.M.June 2010-Luxor

I don't get anyone who says take it easy at the dayclub, if you're seeing avicci or some great dj why would you take it easy? 90% of the time that's going to be more fun than a night club.
You guys actually feel better after napping for 2 or 3 hours? I almost always wake up feeling worse. I just truck through, no naps, those don't work for me.

The nightclubs or the afterhours are usually what get me. Your're usually not moving as much at night and drinking more. We always see more flames outs after the nightclubs for Dayclubs the next day.
