I avoid naps on two night trips involving two day clubs two night clubs, its usually about 4:00am on the second night I crash, I always set aside 5:30-8:30 each night for room time for sleeping getting ready (which takes about 20 minutes) on three plus night trips...
as i've gotten older ive found I take a lot more of the two night trips to Vegas...

lol....I definitely cant keep up with you Mike. Last time, I dont recall you sleeping. I believe your schedule was GBDC, Carnival Court, XS, Drais, Airport. I can't do naps, I just power through after the pools. A full meal before the pools (room service while getting ready) and after the pools works well for me, and pound some coconut water and Gatorade in between, and you should be good :-) I made sure to have a glass of at least soda water (if I didn't have a bottled water) after every 2 drinks, and that helped....and don't lose that buzz, nothing like completely bypassing a hangover by waking up still a little buzzed, haha. I have to say too, for me I've noticed it's all about who you surround yourself with. I have had a great past 2 trips with the high energy of one of my girls, she just makes me want to stay awake and keep partying, so maybe make sure to surround yourself with people who are high energy and fun, even if you need to enlist some strangers for it.

We did Vegas up right the same way last year (thanks to Kaz!) and the nap between Dayclub and Nightclub is key.
Also, make sure you have plenty of your hangover cure on hand. Ours was a 5000mg sublingual B12 (under the tongue) followed by Pedialyte powder packet dissolved in water. After that combo, trust me the clouds part and you will be ready to rage again like nothing happened, no matter how hard you've gone during the day.

that was three trips ago. Last time, I worked all day, flew to Vegas, and then went to Light at 1030p, Hakkasan, Drais, Sapphire, gambled, and to Daylight til 6p. Then died. We got the ones in liquid form at CVS or Walgreens. Like everyone keeps saying, stay hydrated.
For most of the guys in the group, it was a mix of pedialyte and red bull. We also didn't go super hard at every event. In between events we took naps, got good meals in and rehydrated.
Thursday Day - Golf - Medium
Thursday Night - Light - Heavy drinking
Friday Day - Daylight - Heavy
Friday Night - Surrender - Medium
Saturday Day - MDC - Heavy
Saturday Night - Light - Heavy
Sunday day - EBC - Light drinking
