  • May 9-11 Pool party Itinerary

Hey guys, pool party virgin here, been to the clubs but not the pools yet. Anyways get into Vegas that Thursday May 9th around 1:30 pm, want to check at Tao Beach that day, it will be me (1 girl) and 2 guys. Is it worth it trying to get a qoute on chairs that day even though we will prolly be there for about 4 hours?

We are staying at the Cosmo on Friday, party now will be 2 girls and 2 guys, do you get in free at Marquee Day Club if you bring your room key? Would all of us need a room key to get in free? Looking to hopefully get a daybed, budget per person is 200-300, would that be doable, or should we try to get 2 chairs?

Saturday we are just going to buy pre sale tickets for Avcii. Any info is greatly appreciated!!

Those amounts may work, and 4 hours is plenty, plenty of time at a pool party. Friday at MDC is normally not as crazy so you could get some real estate for you budget.

If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."

Is it the norm for one host to quote you one price and another host- offering same thing- another price? do some of these guys tack on money and if you don't call them out on it so be it- being coming across this and it was a little shady if you ask me- We spend money but don't like to be treated like a tourist if you know what I mean- can someone point me in right direction of a host that is a straight shooter- And for the record- a few recommended on this site have done the above-

Our group will be in Vegas May 2- 5

          thanks

Some hosts have more pull than others, some only want to deal with high budget clients, therefore they're going to try to get you in at the highest mins possible. The other thing is the handshake, its Vegas, the town that runs on cash, for the right amount you can make anything happen in the city. Hosts are not paid a 50k base, they are actually paid a very small fraction of that and the rest is made up on commissions and tips, so yes a host will often times quote you a higher handshake to make themselves some more money, it's business.
