Help plan first Vegas Trip - Bachelor Week

Hey guy,

First of all just wanna say this forum has been unreal in terms of resources for a Vegas first timer. Iv spent the last week or so reading over posts and the planning guidelines.
Ill be heading to Vegas with a group of 5 guys for a mates bachelor party, staying at the Bellagio between March 12-18. Now I understand this might coincide with Spring Break events and im hoping some pools will be open by then!
We plan on gambling, drinking, partying, eating good food, doing some activities and more partying!

Ill get a few questions out of the way first, and then im open to suggestions for activities during our week stay.

What is the best time to contact hosts to book tables & cabanas? Is it too early now? Do we need to pay for the booking upfront or once we get there?

What pools or day clubs are already open? and which will be open by mid March?

Here is what I'm thinking so far:

Tuesday: Arrive to Vegas at 10.30am after a 15 hour flight;
Check in, get some lunch maybe the buffet at Bellagio, check out the strip and a fews casinos
Maybe hit the North Outlets for a bit of shopping.
At night, maybe check out The Club at the Bellagio, gamble a bit more and enjoy a good dinner and drinks somewhere... ?
Maybe a good strip joint! What would u recommend?

Wednesday: Shoot some guns at Machine Guns Vegas in the day, check out a few more things around town.
At night, which club?? Lavo, Lux, ACT ?? (based on the Guidelines) Prob get bottle service

Thursday: Pool party? Tao Beach, Liquid, Wet Republic ??
Cabana for 6, what would that cost??

Friday; Day activity;rent some cars or bikes or atvs? anything else?
Nightclub? table at Marquee or XS ??

Saturday; Day time; ??
at night; which nightclub???

Sunday;? day event? Rehab, Lavo ??

Monday; Maybe bit more shopping and some last minute gambling
Flying out 5.30PM

That sounds a lot like the days I plan until I stay out till 6am the first night and cant imagine even leaving my hotel until dinner time the next day. uughhhh.

Yeah...that first day seems very ambitious, especially after a 15 hour flight.

Haha! Yes, I agree, very ambitious, but good idea on doing some different activities. But, I would maybe plan less because hangovers and partying change everything. I would wait a little maybe first week of March to confirm. I would switch Pool Party to Fri or Sat and go as long as weather was good, cabana mins on weekends in the 1500-3k min range, Liquid and Wet should both be open. Tues- sleep, outlets?? you might as well do Fashion Show Mall on the strip but don't even plan that, just go when you feel. Tues. night- Hyde is a good move.
Wed- MGV is fun, I've done it before good guys outing, they will pick you up too and they have a VIP lounge room that's nice, night- Surrender (I like if nice outside), or The Act
Everything else is cool but for Sunday day time you have Bagatelle Brunch Party, may still be going then, but maybe chill. Sunday at night Bank, Body English (goes after hours), Lavo, XS, depends on music and scene you like.

Looking back at it, Day 1 is def very ambitious!
These are all just ideas atm, nothing set in stone. I just want to know whats good on what night, and ill take it from there! but i think it would help to have something planned, otherwise we will end up staying in the hotel all day and recovering from a hangover, rather than be out drinking a little more.
The only definites would have to be the pool parties (Wet or Liquid) and the couple of nights of Bottle service, everything else will be open for change.

Cant go wrong with Wet or Liquid! Saturday night every club for the most part is usally packed. Really depends on what type of music you like!

Tuesday your plan seems alright. Check out Deja-Vu, they are busy on tuesdays.

Wednesday - Hit Surrender, it is their industry night, this week it was AfroJack and i still can't believe the night i had. They have blackjack tables inside too, it is pretty nice.

Thursday, take a break from alcohol and do some nature stuff.

Friday in XS , pick a random strip club to end the night.

Saturday continue with beach club, Sunday hustler for strippers.

Throw in a good buffet here and there, check out off the strip casinos, there are good ones out on boulder hwy.

That Thursday will be our opening party at Liquid and as long as the weather hold, should be good. Will also have some known DJ or talent. Cabanas are roughly 1000-2k min spend on whatever you want, food, drinks, bottles. I'll get details on pricing closer to the date but that's a rough idea. Last year I think we had a really good Thursday then weather turned to crap on Sat, so definitely play it by ear. Get a pool in there, but it will probably be the wild card in terms of what day to go. March is unpredictable with rain and being a little cold.

Wednesday: Machine Guns Vegas in the day + other things
Night: Surrender or The ACT

Thursday: Day: Liquid Pool (will confirm closer to the date, depending on weather etc)
Night: Tao, Tryst or Haze

Friday; Wet Republic or MDC (if open) (will confirm closer to the date, depending on weather etc)
Night: Marquee or XS

Saturday; LAVO Brunch looks like a good option!
Night; Calvin Harris at Surrender is looking like a great option!

Sunday; random day activities
Night: The bank or Rehab or ...

Monday; Maybe shopping and casinos or other day activities

Sounds good! I went to Act last night, awesome!!! It didn't hurt that all the Rhino girls were there! So If you do Surrender on the weekend (good choice), then do Act Wed for sure, nothing like this club in Vegas. Right now, I enjoy it probably the most out of all the clubs, but it is the new kid and a bit under the radar. Only other question mark is Lavo Brunch, not sure on closing date, may be closed since pools opening, but not sure. But if it is open, it's a good time! Yes, connect with me here or face. Thanks.

Nah im heading over from Australia..
Not too many day plans by the looks of things man, prob head over to MGV and shoot some semi-auto n full-auto guns, something we cant do over here and since most of us in the group love our guns. The only other thing I plan on doing in visiting the outlets for a bit of shopping, considering how cheap they would be compared to retail here in Aus, the rest of the days are jst open to watever.

I couldn't imagine that many days in a row in vegas. Ouch!

Our plan is looking like the following....

Thursday:
Land around 10am. Limo. Pick up booze/supplies en route to Palms. Check in... mix drinks, head to pool.
Hang out at the pool for a few hours. Dinner at N9NE at 7pm.
Limo down strip for hour to pregame more. Then hit a bar of some sort.

Friday:
Hit Ditch Friday like mortals (just grab some chairs early around 10am and hold a corner of the pool down (10-12 guys).
Friday Night: Limo/Bottles/VIP Booth at Spearmint Rhino

Saturday:
Deluxe Cabana at Wet Republic to do it up right.
Saturday Night: Head out somewhere for dinner (not sure) then bars somewhere (not sure)

Sunday: wake up and fly out around 2pm.
