Our plan is looking like the following....

    Thursday:
Land around 10am. Limo. Pick up booze/supplies en route to Palms. Check in... mix drinks, head to pool.
Hang out at the pool for a few hours. Dinner at N9NE at 7pm.
Limo down strip for hour to pregame more. Then hit a bar of some sort.

    Friday:
Hit Ditch Friday like mortals (just grab some chairs early around 10am and hold a corner of the pool down (10-12 guys).
Friday Night: Limo/Bottles/VIP Booth at Spearmint Rhino

    Saturday:
Deluxe Cabana at Wet Republic to do it up right.
Saturday Night: Head out somewhere for dinner (not sure) then bars somewhere (not sure)

Sunday: wake up and fly out around 2pm.

Been to vegas 3x but this is my first time organizing a group like this. We're running out JUly 18-21st.

Definitey have fun but I agree with the idea of taking it somewhat easy early on... or at least work in a day here or there with less intense partying. Most common mistake there is going balls-out for the first night then suffering the rest of the time your there

What kind of Music do you like?

I think its important to keep three things in mind about that weekend 3/15-17.
        1. Ultra Music Festival in Miami is happening that weekend-basically 125,000 people+every DJ in the world
        2. Beyond Wonderland in Southern CA is 3/16
and its a little early for pool parties in Vegas. Some are having soft openings in March
Encore Beach Club is opening 3/16 but officially on 4/6
Wet Republic says they are opening in March- no date
ReHab the big pool party at the HRH doesn't open until 4/21
        Marquee has no date

        vegas for 3/15-17
        xs nightclub has
        3/15 David Guetta
        3/16 Fedde le Grand
        3/17 Red Foo

        surrender has
        3/16 calvin harris

FYI: Guetta is playing 3/15 vegas 3/16 Beyond Wonderland 3/17 Ultra Miami
Calvin is playing 3/16 vegas 3/17 Ultra Miami

Right now I would keep in mind
        3/15 Guetta
        3/16 encore beach/wetrepublic/Surrender/xs
        3/17 encore beach/wetrepublic/xs
+ infamous vegas free limo ride/free entry to strip club

Realize you could easily spend several thousand at one party so I would buy presale tickets to Guetta xs.wantickets.com so you get a feel for the experience

Thanks a lot man, if it was up to me I would of loveddd to be in Miami for Ultra that weekend! But the trip was booked over 6 months ago.. EDM is my kinda music, so would def be interested in catching Calvin Harris and maybe even Guetta at XS.

Why do you recommend presale tickets? Wouldnt BS for the friday night be better value for money for a group of 7 guys?

The "value" difference depends on your preference. The actual cost for presale is way less than BS (especially if someone like Guetta is playing), unless each person is buying a ridiculous amount of alcohol.

Bottle service will always be a good option if you can afford it, but like they said above if Guetta is playing expect the mins for bottles to be way up there....Presale would be the next best way to go.

I forgot to factor in the higher mins!!
I easily spend around $200-$300 on a good night here in Sydney, so Im budgeting the same for Vegas, which is prob half a bottle on BS.. but if I don't get BS I think ur drinks prices are very similar, but I believe ur a lot more generous on the alcohol we only get standard drinks! So might turn out cheaper on some nights after some pre-drinks at the hotel
