Marquee DC Daybed vs. EBC Patio - 7/1

Hey everyone,

My group is looking to do Marquee DC or EBC on Sun 7/1.

I got quoted the same price for a Marquee DC Daybed and a EBC Patio.

I've never been to either. I'm leaning towards EBC because of the DJ (Calvin Harris), but is the patio a bad location? I heard it was shaded, which is good, but I'm not sure how much foot traffic it gets, how close it is to the pool, etc. I also heard the patio is alcohol only (no food).

If anyone can give me some advice, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I would say EBC on Sunday. Its the best pool party in Vegas on Sunday IMO. Great music and its packed! In the summer when I'm in Vegas on a Sunday, I spend it at EBC. I'll there on July 1 also, hopefully I'll see ya there!

You're gonna have a great time either way...hopefully you're working with NoahRam on this board if you're doing Marquee...I'm doing both, but on Sunday cause Avicii is playing compared to Pauly D at Rehab, I made the obvious choice of EBC.

I am currently doing a bungalow on the Friday at wet, lilly day bed at EBC on the sat and deluxe cabana at marquee on the Sunday. Having read a few posts recently am i doing EBC and Marquee in the right order?? Also what is the best form of table service at EBC, the cabanas are too far away from the action for my liking and i am confused on what else they offer.

Nikki I think you got the daybed right cause it puts you right on the edge of the water, but there are like 3 pools if I remember correctly, 1 being in the middle in front of the DJ booth. As for the order, it depends on who's playing and your personal prefs...since I don't do Rehab on Sundays anymore and did EBC instead, it defaults to my Sunday event, then Wet was always krazy on Saturdays for me...this is all 'cause I'm resistant to change and it just fell into that order...Your schedule sets you up for a great time if they're having a round of the Wet 100 on that Friday, and you have a great DJ on Saturday and Sunday you're good...

They're both great parties, it just depends what you're looking for. EBCs much larger then MDC so it's a bit of a different experience but both share the same vibe and music.

I will stick to my plan. This way I will get to check all 3 pool parties on what appears to be their strongest days. Thanks for the input guys. I dont know what it is about rehab but i have just never fancied it. Something puts me off it.

EBC is way bigger than MDC...I haven't done MDC on a Sunday, but I'm sold on EBC on a Sunday, but for my purposes I get Avicii spinning on that Sunday...last year we had Kaskade so maybe that's the pull.

Wet Republic is best on Fridays and Saturdays.

My plan this weekend is WR on Friday, MDC on Sat, and EBC on Sunday. Most ppl would want to plan their pool party this way. Well thats what I do.

Hell yeah I agree incognito...but I'm puttin you on the clock...I'm arriving the week after you...so I'll be looking for a review on that order for Friday/Saturday....I've done Wet on a Saturday, but if its krazy on Fridays too, then I could switch it up similar to your schedule...so lemme know....right now I'm doing Ditch, Wet, then EBC on a Fri/Sat/Sun....doing Wet/MDC/EBC could save me a lil money since I'm staying at the Cosmo...so be ready to share your impressions.

I will have to have a check with the hosts that are currently setting things up for me, so far I am down for a bungalow at wet on the friday with a 3k minimum, ECB on the sat with a 1k minimum on a lilly and a 3k minimum at MDC in a grand cabana on the sunday. I will check and see what the cost implications are going to be if i switch ECB and MDC around.
