Pool without the Party?

If 2 or 3 guys just want to chill by a pool, buy a few drinks, and get some sun the last weekend of April, what are the options?

They are not looking to hit up an event, just get into a pool area and chill on Saturday and/or Sunday. They unfortunately are staying at a hotel without a pool, so they will have no free pass anywhere. Are there hotels that allow non-guests to pay a small fee just to come and use the pool facilities?

My fav pools to relax and just chill are Paris and hard rock. Hard rock on non weekends though. Otherwise rehab is doing their thing.

Most nice non club pools have hotel guest entry only. You could do venetian though. Just find the Tao beach guy in the canal shops by the newsstand and get a stamp to get upstairs and then you can just stay at the venetian pool. However, you may want to go to Tao beach when you see all the women going in.

The pool at PH is open to the public for like $20 bucks. I've never been there, havent heard great things as far as vegas pools go.

Sounds like PH might be your best bet. It's nice and big. And I've never heard a DJ or seen a crazy party there, because it's in the Miracle Mile shops.

When we stayed at the mirage last april.. I thought I heard them say that the rent chairs for $50 or so.
I read somewhere that mandalay bay rents chairs too.

Any personal experience or info guys/girls

i would do the above for venetian's pool. they have a big selection of pools to choose from and tons of chairs.
Just say you're going up for tao beach but just don't go to tao beach when you get there and find a spot in the venetian/palazzo pool area.

the stamp is to bypass the security guard, cause the venetian pools are on the 3rd floor and you have to go to guests elevators to get there. You could always just walk up and be like you're going to tao beach and see if they'll just let you go up w/o the stamp, it's alway worked for me. ive never had to stamp to go up to tao beach or im always staying there so im not sure where/who you would get the stamp from.

If you ask in the Venetian hotel, they'll explain where to go to get the handstamp. There is no charge to get the stamp/no need for a tip. This stamp is just to allow you up in the elevators and into the main pool area. You have to walk through the main pool area to get to Tao Beach. So if you are just going to stay at the main pool, you won't need any tip at all.
