    July 7th thru 12th
    5 nights at MGM
    Me, Bro, and friend

SUNDAY Flew out of Milwaukee around 1 pm Sunday. The flight was pretty blah and we arrived at LAS with no issues and no cab line wait. Great news considering the 114 temp. Going into the trip we didnt have any major nightclub plans, few spots with small mins lined up which actually was a good thing considering how the friend wasnt able to make it out a few nights and it would only be my bro and I to cover the bills.

We drop shit off at room and head to Del Taco/Panda Express for quick food before getting in baseball bets for the night. We walked around MGM a little, gambling, checking out what's new, and having drinks before the night. Few new restaurants/bars and of course Hakk but all else is the same. The plan for the night was Lavo. Never been to it and prefer top 40/hip hop so decided to check it out. Me and bro got a decent table at a pretty low min and the night begins. Dj Vice was playing that night and we were having a great time partying with our neighbors(mix of girls and 2 guys). We were pretty fucked up around 1 I think when our server says we are having a special guest tonight but I cant tell you who it is. Cool I guess but we continued drinking hard and paid it no mind. Then my brother says to me check out the servers(like I needed reminding?) they were all wearing Lebron James jerseys and sure enough the dj goes crazy welcoming King James! I am not a Lebron fan, but it was really cool partying 10 feet from the guy. Security got my brother through to shake his hand, but I was too busy TRYING to take a video of him and his party. I say trying because the one thing they said was NO video so security kept blinding me with flashlights. We partied hard for quite sometime before eventually bailing. Cannot remember 2 seconds of the cab ride back to MGM! I do remember having a few Miller Lites before heading to the room at Zuri which ended up being a nightly thing.

MONDAY Woke up feeling pretty good, but we made our way to the store next to MGM to load up on some coconut water. Each grabbed 2 and headed to the MGM pool. That place is huge! Last time we stayed there it was Nov so I finally got to appreciate their pool complex. Hung out there for awhile and took in the scenery and relaxed, but there are games to bet on so to the sportsbook we went. Originally we had a hosted entry at XS set up, but as the day went on it looked more and more like a night we would bar hop and gamble. We bet on every baseball game possible that day and night and we drank beer from about 5 pm on. I had a 75 voucher at the NYNY piano bar so it seemed like a good night to do that. So we got exactly 9 beers for the voucher and a great time. After the flight and the night at Lavo seemed like a good night to get a little fucked up, but still get a decent night sleep.

TUESDAY Repeat from day 2, coconut waters and pool to start the day. Tuesday we had plans to meet Chad Noyes at Moon for GBAD. Easy min and a good table setup for now. Afternoon we decided to eat Luxor buffet because we had MyVegas passes for it and to gamble at Mandalay bay where we had MyVegas shark passes. Have not been to M.B in awhile and wanted to check it out since all the new things that have been added and improved. Had Luxor buffet and it was decent, nothing to go nuts over but did the job. Shark reef was cool, but glad we didnt pay 20 bucks for it considering it lasted like 15 mins. Headed back to MGM around 2 and we all had a small meltdown gambling. Between slots, sports, and BJ I couldnt do anything right. We collectively lost around 2 grand. It hurt and so I texted Chad and said were coming, but just to say hi and have a few, no table. He laughed and said I will get you a table anyway and give you a o min. How awesome is the guy? So we left for the Palms and hung out at their bar by the sportsbook. Always liked this place for people watching and warming up for the night. Met Chad around 11 and we headed up. First he gave us a tour of The View(old Playboy Club) and have to admit it would be a great place to start any night in Vegas. Went up to Moon and drank for a few hours, caught up with Chad, met some new friends, and took in the scenery. After that we decided to head to a bar off the strip. BJ's on Tropicana. I originally saw this place on an MTV documentary on Nick Schulman(poker player) and it looked cool. Its located right behind MGM parking ramp. It was dead but the bar is cool and worth going to if it wasnt 3am on a Tues. We ate there and walked back to MGM. Bout 30 mins later were capping the night at Zuri

        Finally, another one! Thanks.
If you have to ask how much it costs, you probably can't afford it! That being said, it's Vegas and doesn't hurt to try!

        Planning
        2014 - March 13-16 - Bachelor Party
        2014 - June 5th - 9th (maybe) - Big 30.

Not sure how it posted double there, but MODS please feel free to delete one

          WED

Started off a little different this time. Got some cocunut waters and hit the slots. I put in my baseball bets early in case I wondered around the strip. My luck changed from yesterday in a hurry. I hit for couple hundred bucks right away on the slots and kept it going almost all day. I was up around 400 before heading to NYNY to continue my luck. First machine there I put in 20 and cashed out at 660. Along with with going 4 and 2 in early baseball games I was off and running. We got changed early for the night because we were going to go back to NYNY to The Sporting House for another MyVegas 75 voucher. We had dinner there while watching some late games. The late games I had two 2 game parlays going for 50 and hit them both. Both returned around 170. We then headed to Aria to gamble and drink before hitting Gold Lounge with another MyVegas voucher for bottle service. But this voucher was actually better than I thought because it wasnt for a bottle of Skyy priced at 500, it was 500 towards whatever and however we wanted to spend it. We did do a bottle of Belvedere, but we had enough left over for waters and Red Bull for the nigth. Also, finally met Jack Ross. He works the podium there and we talked for awhile. Seemed like a real cool guy. We got the table beneath the dj booth. Gold isnt going to be mistaken for XS anytime soon, but we had a good time and met some cool people. Started off SLOW but picked up around 12. My original plan was Gold for free bottle then to Hyde to check it out. First we stopped at Chandelier bar and got one round before they closed the upstairs to it. We made our way to Bond bar it was awesome. They still had a Dj going and the place was packed, but I really wanted to finally visit Hyde so I pulled everyone away from Bond to go to Hyde. That was a HUGE mistake because Hyde was closed! I knew it was a lounge night, but I guess we lost track of time. So we went to the bar by sportsbook/poker room and a few beers. I saw Jennifer Tilley playing poker at an outter table andtold my brother and he went right up to the rail and started talking to her. We gave him a minute before getting booted, but nope! He spent 10 mins talking to her and she was laughing and even folding her hands while talking to him. Not sure how the fuck he does it. Grabbed a huge tequilla shot and went to cab line to get back to MGM. We were hammered at this point. Stopped at Zuri for nightcaps of Miller Lites

            Thursday

Totally forgot we went to Rio on Wed to check out the WSOP and walk around.

The final full day we were there and sadness and the realization that were leaving the next day is on our minds. I always book the extra night because I dont go out on the last night. Its always been my day/night to take in Vegas sober and enjoy the sights/sounds to its fullest. So we started with rehydrating again and gambling in the am. Not a great day, but it was more of a day of controlled gambling. The plan was KA because I had 2 premium seating thanks to MyVegas again and the Bellagio fountains at night. Went to Cirq ticket center in MGM and I just now find out KA is cancelled indefinitely due to the unfourtunate death of a performer a week earlier. I was offered comparable tix to either Criss Angel or Beetles Love. No fucking brainer there! So this was my first Cirq show and holy shit are they cool! Cant believe I never went to one before. I am not a HUGE Beetles fan, but I thought it was one of the coolest things I've done out there. Making a point of hitting one up from here on out. After the show we did the fountains and and once again it never fails in impressing me. Headed back to MGM to pack and try and sleep before leaving in the AM.

            Few sidenotes:
M-Life-Three free nights, NO resort fees, and my total bill for 5 nights was 71 bucks!
            MyVegas 2 buffets=$40, Shark exhibit=$20, Sporting House=$75, Piano Bar=$75, Cirq Tix=$340, Gold Lounge=$500===over $1000 worth of stuff.
Couple things I learned: Stay out of 300 numbered rooms at MGM unless you like the sounds of helicopters all morning and day long. The hookers at Zuri are the HOTTEST(no purchases however) and 114 degrees feels cool compared to 90 in Green Bay.

Feb feels like 10 years away
I will do my best to get some of the pics on here, it wasnt letting me as I did this. F

Not sure how I had some nice hits this trip. I have had shitty luck there over the years on slots too. Also, there were some sessions this past year where I flat out got smoked.

i figured out this trip that the slots that are the loudest and brightest are the worst
