EastCoast: "I will preach. Vegas is easy. So easy. Either be rich or good looking (or mooch off someone who is one of those). If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."

indeed they do! Damn cant wait for the rest of it. Lol i feel bad for the nerd, y'all ladies were a bit harsh lol. Black Amex though, must be a kid who struck it rich with apps or programming or whatever. Yeah im sorry about Allan, some guys dont know when to quit and are just creepy. Hate guys like that, ruins it for the rest of us. I'll admit, i have been overzealous with some girls back in my day, but the dude just met you.Originally posted by not a vet but no rookie View PostOh man I'm loving this TR. Thanks everyone
Saturday
Woke up feeling fresh. Luckily for me, I don’t get hung over. Ever. It’s never happened to me once and I’m 28 years old and a terrible drinker, a real lightweight. My secret: drink pedialyte or gatorade, then eat something, drink a bottle of water and then pass out, drink water in the middle of the night and pop an advil. Good as gold in the AM. Unfortunately though for those around me, I do get bitchy. But once I’ve had a few drinks in me, I’m good as gold.
Mel was really looking forward to Daylight. She was dressed in a white sparkly bikini and the rest of us were in purple or black bikinis. Quite a sight to see. Anyway, we booked a table by the palm trees. Thank God for the shade because it was crazy hot. Our table minimum was $2,500 + tax, grat, tip. Not bad split between all the girls (the bride obviously didn’t chip in).
There was another bachelorette party in front of us in the lounge and we got pretty friendly with those ladies. They were fun and hot. A few tables down from us, I saw the football players and then down from them the guys from our plane. Vegas isn’t that small is it? Didn’t party with them much, just a couple of drinks and a bit of casual flirtation.
I don't remember who the DJ was but there was Lots of booty shaking going on. I was dancing on the banquette when all of sudden someone bit my ass. Hard! I turned around and it was Rachel. Crazy drunk bitch lol. It hurt like hell. I still have bruises.
We were worried about getting through our minimum spend but we blew through it and more in a few hours. We ordered a couple magnums of goose and lunch.
The pool was pretty packed – both the main pool and the smaller one. I met a bunch of cool people, a few fellow NYC folks (they were loving the different colorway of my Yankees hat, fushcia and pink), and a bunch of people that were hating on the YAnkees (despite their pretty good winning streak at the time). I met a guy that said he’d been in Vegas for over a week and got so wasted that he got a Vegas tattoo… it was a full colour tattoo on the inside of his bicep of the Welcome to Las Vegas sign. OMG lol.
The line up for the ladies washroom was 45 minutes at around 2:30pm, which is ridiculous. No wonder people pee in the pool (not me though!).
We left DL at around 4:30pm and all of us piled into an SUV limo. I don’t know how the hell we managed that but we did. I think it cost $50 to Cosmo. Back in the room I downed some pedialyte, ate a couple of oreos and woke Rachel up from her nap by biting her ass. Showered and hopped into bed for my daily snooze, 7-9:30pm.
I woke up feeling great and ready to rage to Tiesto at Hakkasan. Originally I wanted to go to XS to see Rusko, but all the girls wanted to see Tiesto. And I’m glad we went there. It was the best night of the trip I think.
The promoter that put us on his guest list told us to be at Hakkasan early. He recommended 8:45-9:30. Wow, no way that was happening. Mel wasn’t sure if she still wanted to go because we heard from several promoters and hosts to be there really early. We got to MGM at 11:30pm and Beyonce’s concert was just letting out and we were walking against the flood of people.
This was my first time at Hakkasan. Wow. Gorgeous club. But it was super packed. There were people everywhere; dancefloor, booths, walkways. We were inching our way through the crowds when I saw a girl get her foot stomped on by another chick in stilettos. Poor girl was bawling and going mental. I felt for her because those shoes are deadly.
We ended up going to the (slightly) upper level, still in the main room – mezzanine? There were tables across the back and so much more room to dance. I met a cute guy who asked why I wasn’t drinking, I replied with my wide-eyed, pouty-lipped/sad face/half smile shoulder shrug and he poured out some redbull and vodka for both me and Mel. Score! He ushered Mel and I onto the banquettes around the table so we’d have more room to dance and then called the rest of the girls over for drinks. What a sweetheart he was! He poured drinks for me and my girls all night, bought me smokes, looked after his wasted boys, kept the creepy creepers in check. Got me all starry eyed and giggly.
At around 3 most of the girls decided to throw in the towel. Mel, Christy and I decided to stay because Tiesto was killing it. About fifteen minutes after the girls left, Anna comes back pissed as hell because Nicki (who was beyond wasted) ditched the girls and ran away… with some girl she met at the club. Lol. I told Anna not to worry, Nicki’s a big girl and can take care of herself… we thought.
Mel and Christy were hungry so we decided to hit McD’s in the MGM foodcourt. What a line up. Got my breakfast sandwich (it was close to 5) and was happily munching away when I saw the creepy gameless dude from the night before. Still no game, poor guy.
After food we decided we wanted to keep the party going so we decided to head to Drai’s. The boys had flights to catch later that morning so they bowed out. Sad face. I wanted to bump and grind some more. We walked to the cab line together and exchanged kisses, hugs and “have a good life” all around as we parted ways.
We got to Drai's and were walked in within a few mins. It was pretty good, but I was feeling pretty tired by 630 am, so I convinced the girls to go.
Our cabbie was so funny. I was groaning and complaining about having to do the walk shame and he looked at me in the rearview mirror and said, “Girl, it is only a walk of shame if you keep your head down. Hold your head up high! And this is Vegas, ain’t no such thing as shame here.” Very true.
Climbed into bed, slept an hour and got up for our last day in Vegas.

Sunday
I felt amazing considering the lack of sleep and food. Bikinied up and caught a cab to Marquee dayclub.
There were free mixed drinks of some kind and an open bar for a few hours apparently. The first time I went down I had a vodka water bar lime. The second time, I got told that only mimosas were part of the open bar. What?! A breakfast drink?! I drank them anyway, got a little buzz on and then went down to the pool.
MDC wasn’t crazy packed. Most of the daybeds and couches were filled but there was tons of room to move around and the pool water wasn’t cloudy with piss yet. Hopped in the pool with the girls, twerked it a bit on the steps when Tia and Rachel pointed out a group of Spanish guys across the pool at a daybed eying me and Christy down. Out of the group of girls we were with, we were the only two Spanish girls.
Christy and I hatched out our gameplan and decided to twerk it together a bit more then get out of the pool. We climbed out of the pool, sauntered over to the guys to chat them up. I told one guy that I liked his shirt, asked him where he was from. Pleasantries and flirtation exchanged and he poured us drinks. Hennessey and something… ughhhh, very strong. The other girls casually drifted over and we partied with them for the rest of the afternoon.
We left at around 4:30pm and went to Serendipity for our second real meal of the trip. I had a burger and salad. Very yummy. Soaked up all the alcohol nicely.
Showered and in bed by 7pm, up at 9pm. We got dressed up and went to XS. We were looking good, not ready for another pool party so we didn’t end up staying long. We saw some friends from earlier in the day but they were high as kites and not very fun so we moved on. The DJ spinning wasn't that good and we weren’t feeling him so we decided to leave.
Some of the girls were done in so they went back to the hotel. Only me, Mel, Nicki, and Anna were left standing. We decided to head over to the Bank since it was pretty early still, about 1:30am. When we got there, no line up but guest list was closed. Having paid for nearly nothing, we were contemplating if we should pay the cover or just bounce. Luckily, a host walked out at that moment and told us that he had a table of very important clients that were looking for some ladies to party with. Hoorah! He walked us into the club and showed us to the table which was downstairs sort of in the middle area.
There were four foreign asian men and a bottle of tequila at the table, ick. We asked them to order champagne for us and proceeded to dance and flirt. These guys spoke very little English and seemed harmless enough.
Taxi back to the hotel. The girl wanted to gamble the last of their cash away but I went up to the room. No sleep for the weary.
Got another long ass text message from Allan the stalker. Ugh. Delete. Sorry dude.
Presidential limo to the airport, uneventful flight, slept almost the entire flight, returned to NYC and it’s lackluster summer weather. Let the detox and reintegration into boring society begin.

Final thoughts...
Bottle rats
I heard this term for the first time ever this trip. LOL. To be honest, aren’t most girls bottle rats? Well, we definitely come to Vegas to drink and party with the expectation that we’re going to get a free ride. It happens every trip. We’re young, attractive and take care of ourselves. We’re fun to party with and we actually dance, rather than just stand around pouting and looking bored. So yes, we do look for guys with tables. It’s a trade off; your alcohol for me and my girls and fun times.
We don’t always go home with the guys that we’ve met, but we sure as fuck are good wing women. If we’re not intending to go back to a guy’s room, we always find girls that are DTF before we break out… if that’s what the guys are looking for.
Rats are dirty creatures that creep in the shadows eating garbage. If we’re going to use labels, we'd prefer something else...
Ratchet
Bahaha. This word just makes me laugh. Lots of ratchet girls in Vegas. Guys, do you actually find this hot?!
Molly
Holy hell, everyone we met in Vegas is in love with our girl Molly. Every group of guys we met asked if we wanted to roll with them. I was surprised. It’s definitely not hard to find if you’re looking for it.
Staying alive
I’ve discovered that for me, sleep is much more important that food in Vegas. I ate very little and napped way more than I usually do and I felt great. I love the liquid diet.
Can’t wait to be back. Next trip won’t be till the Spring …and I’ll be going with Hubs. Fun but a different kind
