Friday Night 6/29:
Met up for drinks at Chandelier Bar at the Cosmo. Beautiful place, Beautiful people, Nice drinks. After hanging out for a bit waiting for all our friends to get there we headed into Marquee. I had pre-sale tickets for 4 guys and we got right in, the walk was kind of crazy cuz you have to go up stairs then around the pool area, up some more stairs and then you enter into this tiny room with hip hop playing. At first I was like WTF is this!! Oh wait let me follow this hallway downstairs and then BOOOOM. Now this is what Im talking about HUGE ASS FN LCD Screens, a DJ booth with walkway stages above and in front of it, a couple bars and a large exit to the pool area. The entire night was amazing and I danced my ass off for most of it. DJ Chucky was AWESOME, the dancers on stage were totally legit and they shot glitter and threw glowsticks out at everyone. The crowd was so full of energy and everyone was beautful. Oh and I forgot that have a water jug at the bar so you can get water whenever without having to wait for a bartender, what a great idea.

Only 2 negatives: I left the dancefloor for some air and when I attempted to go back the bouncers wouldn't let me, so I had to be sneaky and wait till one got distracted with a group of drunk guys and then I just jammed past him. #2 - When its time to finally leave its like a freakin MAZE.

haha ya. the stairs is a trip at first. You got to the Boom Box room and the next floor up is the main room. If you kept going up 1 more flight of stairs, you would have reached the Library. a smalll room playing top 40 and old hits. It has a pool table and a bar there too.

ya when the club gets packed they limit the people going on the dancefloor, but you know the trick and wait it out.

I was there that night too. Got in late though but didnt stay long.

nice trip review.. cant wait to hear more.

Saturday - Daytime - 6/30

I was really torn between MDC and EBC but because we already had Marquee planned for friday and since Will-I-Am was headlining we bought presale tickets for EBC. We arrived around 11:30am and skipped the line, which wasnt super long but since we got our presale tickets early we did get them cheaper then the cover. We found a spot between the 1st pool and the 2nd pool and put our towels down on the edge of the pool. Then we checked all our stuff in to the lockers for $20, honestly great value since I was able to go get into the locker as many times as I wanted through the day. The DJ's were good and the party was packed by 1pm. I was really dissapointed with Will-I-Am and I dont think I'll ever go see him again, but I will definitely go to EBC again.

Couple tips: The bar gets packed and it can take you 30+ minutes to get a drink so buy in bulk. I bought a bucket of beers and a pitcher of rasberry mojitos (They were good but weak as hell) for our group and one thing I didnt realize is they add auto gratuity cuz the beers were only $120 and the pitcher $85 and my bill was about $250 of course I didnt know they added gratuity so I popped it up to $300 in my drunken state.. LOL Not gonna do that again. I would recommend a lilly pad if you plan on drinking a decent amount, I know thats what Ill be getting next time for sure.

Saturday-Sunday just gambled, drank, played poker.... etc 1/2 the group left on Sunday. Really wanted to hit up a pool party on Sunday but the remaining guys were just too tired to do anything since we were all up till like 7am. I was down to go but unfortunately it didnt happen.

Monday came and I went down to the PH pool since again everyone stayed up way to late gambling. Laid out for a bit and relaxed, had a drink and headed back to the room to soak in the tub and get ready for the evenings festivities.

Monday night 6/2

So my voice is half gone by this time and we head over to XS since Mogran Page is DJ'n. We had presale tickets and after being directed to the GA line I show one of the guest list guys the tickets and we walk right in. This was about 11:15ish and we had a group of 5 guys. The place was already getting crowded and was actually smaller then I expected, especially compared to Marquee. Staff and bartenders here were great. Layout was cool but definitely geared more towards tables then standing room, I didnt mind too much since I was in the front of the dance floor most of the night. When Mogran got on stage it was Fn amazing he was sooooo good and really got into hit set, he is a must see in my book. We partied here until the club shut down.

Since two of my friends didnt even get back to their rooms until the next morning, yes their stories are rather interesting and involve losing an iphone, hookers, an engaged chick and her friend, and of course waking up in hotel rooms that aren't yours and doing the walk of shame. LOL!!! I'm married so I love when my friends tell me their escapedes as I find them hilarious and then give them shit for days.

Anyways Ill be back to continue the story of my two friends.

So friend #1 - He is hanging with this blonde chick at the club and they are both hammered by the end of the night. He is about to leave with her when she realized she lost her iphone and they go on a rampage trying to find it. We ran into them during the process and I told them to leave her info with security and take off. So he jams out with her and they go back to her room at Aria. When they open the door her friend and some Aussie dude (He is butt naked btw, she is not) are looking like dear in headlights LOL. So to make an awkward situation better my buddy suggest they go get a few drinks at the bar. They head down and apparently the blonde chicks friend tells her that the dude is a creeper and to ditch him. So my buddy and the girls wait until he goes to the restroom and they jam upstairs. My buddy proceeds to bang the blonde and they crash out. So of course he wakes up with no money (spent it all) and with no idea where he is in relation to our hotel. So he calls me to pick him up since I'm an early riser. He tells me his at Aria and I say fuck that Im not picking you up you are right across the street. We were at PH.

Friend #2: So my buddy jams out of the club around 1am with 2 girls, and heads to the MGM with them. They start drinking at the bar there and the chick he had been flirting with is getting married but coming on way strong. They head up to the room and start going at it but then some dude walks in (her cousin) and is like WTF. She starts going I'm so sorry and the other chick grabs my boys hand and tells him lets go. They walk out the room hit the elevator and than this chick jumps on him and starts making out with him. I'm still not sure what happened here but somehow he goes back to the bar without her. As he is leaving he gets hit up by this (by his description a Kim Kardashian look a like) and he stays to drink with her. She ends up telling him hey these rooms and drinks are way pricey lets go to Motel 6 and hit the liquor store up. This is my first sign of trouble and FUCK NO, but he is like WTF lets do this. They leave head over to Motel 6 by MGM and grab a bottle of goose. He then told me she popped the price on him. Well he didnt have enough but she said ok well give me what you got and thats cool. So apparently he was too horny to say no so he smashed it and got the fuck out. So he comes knocking on my door after getting something to eat at McD's and is like fuck dude my iphone is gone. I ask him where he had been and he doesnt want to tell me. Finally I get this story out of him and can't stop laughing.

So the whole next day I just gave friend #2 shit for probably being the 10th dude inside her that night and for losing his iphone which I helped him look for half the day.

He never did find his Iphone but I will never stop giving him shit for that.

I imagine if ever have sex with a hooker in Vegas it'll be a story very similar to friend #2 haha
