Alright this is not gonna be my best work because the weekend was too much of a blur but here’s my best shot
Setting – 8 guys staying at Cosmo for Cinco De Mayo/fight weekend. I also know a couple of other groups going
Friday
I arrive first in the late morning and head to Cosmo to drop off my luggage. Then head to PH to go gamble because I hate Cosmo’s casino and I never win there. Gamble until 3 of my friends get there in the early afternoon. At this point up around 300 or so. We get checked in and then go eat Panda express (mistake) before going to gamble some more at PH. Gamble until dinner time and we eat at Holsteins before pre-gaming and waiting for the rest of the group to come in. We considered going to Gallery but this chick from my HS tells me her group is going to Marquee so we just say fuck it and let’s go to Marquee. Don’t remember too much from Marquee but we spent most of the time in the hip-hop room and the outside patio area by it. Apparently Marquee was just ok that night. I end up being occupied by the girl from my HS but her friends make her leave with them. We hit up the pizza place and gamble a bit and then crash
Saturday
We have a couch at Tao Beach so we get up at a decent time in the morning. There’s a few Vegas Virgins on the trip so we make the walk from Cosmo to over by Venetian so they can see the Strip. On the way there we run into a degenerate Winnie the Pooh who is lying on the sidewalk with a bottle.
Also this older lady grabs my friend and starts praying for him, it was weird. We eat the mall and then get lost in Venetian trying to go to Tao Beach (am I the only one who thinks the Canal Shoppes are mad confusing?). We finally make it to Tao Beach and check-in and we get placed at a corner couch by the bar. At first I’m not sure what to make of the location but it ends up being perfect.
The couch next to us is this group of 3 English guys who are crazy and we talk and drink with them for a bit before TB gets really rev’ed up -
Because we are by the bar we get a lot of traffic by our table and end up making friends with 2 separate groups of girls.
At this point we are a few pitchers in (frozen RBV FTW!) and the party is really starting to get good. Our group is acting dumb and doing dances like the Discount Double Check the remix - http://youtu.be/RxYJb2ScuXM
Some of my boys end up making out with some of the chicks and we end up getting massages as well. We met our minimum and closed out around 430 when we were about to leave until another group next to us has a bunch of beer left and they say they need a few more for flip cup -
My team ends up winning all 5 games and we start calling ourselves “The Money Team”
