Ok my trip report will be coming, but I want to give a big shout out to Phil Loomis at the Palms clubs. I busted early (my KK vs A7os) in a poker tournament and he mentioned there was some stuff going on at Playboy and Ghostbar. He got is in no prob and hooked us up till he had to jet. Can't wait for the rest of the weekend.

Ran into some issues on busy halloween weekend. Phil dropped what he was doing, immediately smoothed things over for us, then refused gratuity as he felt he was just doing his job.
the kid is a pro, and this type of professionalism gets noticed.
