shows for newbies

Not looking for a comprehensive list but I'm looking to make a list of the most popular and best shows to involve in a powerpoint meant to entice people to come to Vegas.

Off the top of my head I have
The Lion King
the diff Cirque du Soleil ones
Blue Man Group
La Reve
Jersey Boys

Crazy Horse Paris at MGM is very enticing. LOL! I'd probably have Legends or one of the Rat Pack shows just to keep the quintessential Vegas vibe in a presentation like that.

I haven't seen it, but Jubilee might be good to include since it keeps showgirls as a focus and typically you think of showgirls & Vegas together. I really enjoyed Absinthe. It was a bit raunchy, but SO funny, entertaining & had amazing CDS-esque acts.

Celine Dion - I know... Yes I went to to old and new one. Its by far the classiest show on the strip. I love edm but I'll admit I got goose bumps and choked up a few times... Celine sings perfectly live and would win American idol right now.

Cirque: Ka - best one of them all. Best story and action packed and the "stage."

LaReve - better than all the cirque shows and better, huge padded seats.

Phantom - Ending soon I think? Look out above and all the best broadway songs performed perfectly.

Crazy Horse - best bodies of any topless show on the strip.

Male/Female? Age? Where do they live? Do they like plays? Comedy? Do they like naked girls that they can't touch?
I am 38 Y/O male. The only time I go to shows in Vegas is when my wife is with me. On a man trip, we'd rather not spend time/money on a show.
I have seen KA, Love, and Celine Dion.
You would have to be holding my family hostage in order to get me to see Celine Dion again.
KA - Amazing.
Love - Also amazing and if you like The Beatles, this is a must see.
I have heard great things about O and Le Reve.
Blue Man Group - does not appeal to me at all. I've seen their commercial on TV and nothing about that excites me.
Show Girl Shows - Also, does not appeal to me. If I want to see topless girls, I'll go to a strip club.

Are Penn and Teller still there? Magic shows are cool. Don't forget the free ones, like the fountain at bellagio, sirens of ti, etc.

+1 for Penn and Teller. Saw their show in March 2011 and loved it. Buddy of mine was just in Vegas last week - he saw it again and said it was still great. You could probably find videos on YouTube that give a good sense for their shtick.

Terry Fator was good, the pace of his show is always moving.
Ka was good, I could have used some cliff notes with the story.
+1 Penn & Teller were great, plan on spending some time @ the Rio after the show.

Lol, not at all. This was when trying to organize a school trip and we had to present to the class reasons to choose Vegas as the location.

It actually got a lot of people excited but for multiple other reasons the trip was canceled.
