Day Drinking Spot

Searched and couldn't find a thread on the topic. Any recommendations for early-mid afternoon day drinking bars other than the pools? Priorities are lively atmosphere, scenery, casual dress and decently priced drinks. I'm looking for next Thursday afternoon.

Really it's all about the pools during the day. Some women and a few men might go to one of the spas for some relaxation, some men and a few women might go to the sportsbook to watch a game, but from what I can tell the bar scene really only picks up at night. There are pretty much an endless number of bars in Vegas but I don't know of one that is particularly known for their early/mid-afternoon scene.

Diablo's is in front of Monte Carlo. PBR Bar is in fron of PH.

Not much going on during Thursday afternoons. Those two sidewalk bars mentioned above will probably be your best bets. Twin Peaks above PH might be good for a different kind of scenery.
