Best Country Music Bars

Hey guys,

I am curious if anyone has an opinion on some good country music bars. I am making the trip out May 7-10 and my brother wants to hit up a country spot one night.

I have been to Vegas about 10 times, but my scene is the pool parties and nightclubs, so I have no idea where to start...

Any advice is appreciated.

I think Gilley's at Treasure Island is the top spot for Country Music in town and they do have a mechanical bull.

I think Vegas could make a killing if they added a really nice upscale country bar and bring in country acts. Have like a Texas Country night on a Friday and bring in like a top 20 act on Sat. I know Whiskey Row is coming with the new additions to "The Park" which is being built by MGM near New York New York and Monte Carlo in 2016

I second for Gilleys! My wife loves country, so we usually make a trek there. The band did some good Skynyrd and classic covers, too.

Gilley's has live music and does play country, but it's based on the crowd. Sometimes, the DJ just spins Top 40.
