High Energy/Party Restaurant for Bachelor Party

Hey everyone, I am planning my bachelor party for the weekend of the Mayweather fight. Typically, eating would be a last priority in Vegas (and it still kind of is, I have already got all of the day/night club planning done and am running out of Vegas-related things to do to pass the time), but a couple friends that will be with me aren't huge party guys so this will be a good time for us all to chill and catch-up before we hit the clubs and they hit the tables.

I think we are looking to do a nice dinner for 6 of us guys Friday May 1st. We would probably want something a little later like 8pm or 8:30 so we can just head straight from dinner to the clubs (maybe hit up a craps/roulette/black jack table in between). Would like to find something lively, upbeat and with some good energy that would work well as a pregame spot. My initial thought was STK in the Cosmopolitan, but it is completely booked all evening. I used to love N9ne in the Palms, but I know they have fallen off lately, any other ideas? I am leaning more towards a steakhouse (or similar) instead of sushi.

STACK. I'm going there with my bachelorette party bc they said they have a dj there. Hopefully I will have report for ya'll on my Trip Report afterwards and maybe even a VLOG

Honestly any of the restaurants in the cosmopolitan besides secret pizza (drunk only) and maybe holsteins (not classy enough) are all extremely fun and lively..

Holsteins is usually are go to group dinner meal because of the energy, and Jaleo or STK if we're coherent enough to get dressed nice enough before a dinner

In case you checked open table only for STK, you should call STK.

What club are you going to that night? I think it would work well if you went to a restaurant in the same hotel as the club you are going to.

Thank you guys. Yeah, I did look at OpenTable. So, they hold tables for call-in as well? Good to know, I will be giving them a call now. As for the club we are going to, I am actually hoping to get tix to the Top Rank fight at the Cosmopolitan (assuming it develops) and then we may just go low key Chandelier Bar/Bond. Some of the guys wanted to hit some tables that night.

I will take a look at Jaleo as well. I am not famailiar with it.

Despite the fact that the Palms sucks now, N9NE is actually still pretty happening. Always a good meal there. Two others that come to mind are Stripsteak and CUT.

As you seemingly are planning to spend the evening at the Cosmo I think Jaleo would be fun. Otherwise Hakkasan @ MGM, Tao @ Venetian and probably Searsucker @ Caesar's might be a good option.
