Best restaurant at Mandalay?

We went to Stripsteak last year and it was so good. This year we wouldn't mind going back but I want to check out Fleur. Is it worth it or is there something better? We don't necessarily have to stay at Manalay to eat either but it's convenient.

Fleur (although not the same menu or concept as the original Fleur de Lys) or Kumi (Akira Back's new place).

Don't totally rule out Border Grill though, not haute cuisine by any means, but everything I've had there has been delicious.

Border Grill is great, and had a surprisingly good dinner at Lupo last trip. It's easier to experience every club Vegas has than to go to all of the great places to eat.
