Prix Fix menus

Anyone know of any really great resturants that offer pre fixe menus?

I feel this is an good option w/ larger groups as you get to experience a great restaurant without a huge bill since the menu/prices are set for you.

Depending on when you planned to eat, Sage at Aria has a Prixe-Fix Menu for $59 per person between 5pm and 7pm, $89 after that. While that might not be cheap, their food is amazing and I have always enjoyed myself there.
