I've been to Brand, 35 Steaks, Social House, and various other restaurants in Vegas where you can just walk in and grab a seat at the bar. My question is does this work and or apply at STK or I should give a call and secure a seat just to be safe?

I've been to STK a few times and if you go Thursday to Saturday, I suggest you to reserve in advance. On weekdays, you should be ok unless you are a larger group.Trip # 11:
