Best Venue for Live Music

I am wondering what everyone's thoughts are for some live music venues. We are heading into town August 15-17 for a bachelor party and the groom isn't really into EDM/clubs, so one night we are trying to take him out to something he would enjoy more.

Anywhere that servers whiskey and has a live band is a good start

Try 1923 Bourbon & Burlesque at Mandalay Bay. I went for opening night and it's definitely what you're looking for. Or house of blues. And there are Dueling Piano bars and lounges. Most live music places i know of for sure are wayyy off the strip.

In my own experience (went on my last trip) would have to agree, a very cool spot and was surprised that they had a Brooklyn Bowl in Vegas.
