Chipotle cream with peppers, scrambled eggs, griddled mozzarella, fried chicken, bacon, market tomato, spinach, biscuit on top of griddled potatoes. I suggest sharing it....

Oh man now I am hungry. Definitely second the sage fried chicken, it's my favorite. Also the hair of the dog (can of PBR and slices of bacon) just to get your day started.

The buffet in paris hotel was pretty good, it was like $40 but I couldn't stop stuffing myself with French pastry, French bakery, seafood, pasta.etc so good..

Just ate at both Hash House and Bellagio buffet this last weekend and have to say they're both great.

The line passes I grabbed from the poker room got me and 11 friends straight to the front of the line. Got a recommendation from a poker-playing blackjack dealer (dealing at Flamingo bj tables) to walk back into the poker room and just ask for them at the phone desk. He said tell them you played poker there last night. I did and no questions asked -- walked out with line passes for us all!

I'd suggest Burger at PH, great burgers and truffle fries and also Earl of Sandwich

My first go to quick bite in Vegas is "Lobster Me" for sure.

For a good unique breakfast I agree with Hash House. Earl of Sandwich is typically my late night spot (their BLT is awesome).

If you want a unique eating experience try to get a reservation at é. I was lucky enough to get a call back after a dropped reservation last year and this time we learned the process and are going on June 21st!

My rave review of Lobster Me is because I usually cut out carbs as much as possible for a month before Vegas and the bread there is to die for!!!

Awww Holsteins at Cosmo, totally forgot about that one. But yes if you want a good burger and spiked milkshake you should go there. And it's "hip" while I would still consider it casual.

Holsteins is fantastic, the milkshakes are huge and really tasty. Scarpetta at Cosmo is good too if you are looking for something a little fancier. Can't go wrong with Italian!
