  • Mid-range Asian restaurant

I know there are supposed to be some damn nice Asian restaurants in Vegas. I was recommended Wing Lei, which sounds nice, but I'm looking for something a little less expensive (we're eating at several places throughout the journey). Any thoughts?

Red 8 is basically the back pocket version of Wing Lei, also at the same hotel.
    What I am about.

I appreciate your suggestion...I'm not particularly drawn to their menu though, and definitely open to other ideas.

What is an "Asian" restaurant exactly? Do you mean Chinese? What didn't you like about Red 8? Could look into more fusion-ish options like China Poblano, Andrea's... Noodles is a bit cheaper but feels a lot more downmarket. Honestly though, Chinese restaurants on the Strip are all super overpriced and not all that great IMO (I went to Wing Lei pretty close to opening and didn't even think it was all that authentic).

I don't specifically mean Chinese, and I did catch the ovepriced thing...I appreciate Asian cuisine of all the cultures there, and I'm seeking a decent place with good food and reasonable prices...we'll already be spending the big bucks at some higher end restaurants. This China Poblano seems very interesting. Thanks!
