I checked opentable and there seems to be no times available for when I was looking (8p-10p).

What time do people normally eat in Vegas? I have been multiply times but whenever I go out to eat in Vegas it is either too early or too late.

Is there anyone that might be able to reserve a table for me?

A host or someone like that may be able to get you a ressie. My experience with STK though is that you really need to book much earlier than 9 days out. I called the restaurant directly (which finding a direct number is a chore in itself!) and I was able to get a good time for a dinner reservation. This was back in September and I called the restaurant about 3 weeks in advance.
