  • Best restaurant in Mandalay Bay

Hi I would appreciate any advice on the best restaurant to take my wife to in Mandalay Bay. Looking for something fancy as it will be last night in Vegas.

I mite have said Fleur a few years ago before they redid it

I was thinking Auroele ( Charlie palmer joint ) , Book a table in the swan room... you get to look out on a pond with swans swimming in it. After dinner you can go out and you can take her picture with the swans.... chicks love this... and they have the ' wine angels " and a kick ass wine list.

food at Stripsteak is pretty good, but it isn't the flashest looking place.

I would say Mix is pretty much in the same league. I have done the tasting menu at all 3 ( more than once ) and enjoyed them all. If you get a window table @ mix there are some great views. They also have a few outdoor tables, which look really nice.

If you eat @ Mix, you can walk over to the other half of Mix that is a lounge, and skip the line and cover charge. They have an outdoor terrace that has some great views, and a good photo op. Its a good place to have a drink or two to start the nite.

Thanks for the tips guys! Mix, Auroele and Fleur all look pretty good. In the end left it up to the wife and she liked the look of Auroele. I think the wine list helped sway her. Thanks again.
