Steakhouse Suggestions / Dinner

Group of 4 guys looking for a great dinner experience before heading out to a club. Here is our line up.

We are staying at the Mirage.
Saturday- EBC / 1Oak
Sunday- REhab/Hakkason
Monday - Bare/XS

We would like to hit up a nice dinner one of these three nights. In particular I am leaning toward STK. I was thinking about Sunday night because Saturday we could just eat at The Mirage since we are staying there and going to 1Oak.

Sunday we could eat at STK after leaving The Mirage on our way to Hakkason.

Monday is an option though.... but I kind of did'nt want to wait till out last night in Vegas to go to STK but it may fit into the schdule well. Only thing is that we would have to go from the Mirage down to STK and then back up to XS.

I am open to other suggestions than STK? I kind of wondered if we should eat at MGM before going to Hakkasan Sunday night? Possibly even eat at Hakkason. Although I was leaning toward STK because we are not going to be at Cosmopolitian for anything else and it would give us a chance to look around there and maybe have a drink at the Chandalier.

Any suggestions on if one night of the week is better at STK than another? For instance if Mondays at STK are better than a Sunday night we would be happy to go to STK on a Monday even though its our last night.

Assuming you're using Joey at 1OAK he can book a reservation for you at Stack (or any of the other Light Group restaurants) and you'll get a 20% discount on your bill. Just food for thought

I was staying at Cosmo last summer and I remember STK having special events on Mondays. I think the event was called "bigger is better" and it was a kinda industry night. You should check if they still have the same events this year.

After a little more research I see where STK Las Vegas promotes Monday Nights and on spyglass I found a Monday night promo page that list upcomiong DJ's. I'm still looking for any insight that any forum members might have based on their own personal experience.
