My next Vegas trip, I am in charge with planning the dinners each night. Want to do a steakhouse one night, sushi another, buffet the next. Let me know your thoughts:

Steakhouse: SW Steakhouse, Gordan Ramsay Steak, Botero, N9NE

Sushi: Sushi Roku, Social House, Andreas

    Buffet: Caesars, Belaggio, Paris

I am staying at Caesars, my dinner-mates are looking for a cool decor/vibe type of place.

    Thanks for the help,
    Dave

everything looks good. only thing I'd change is take out Paris and replace it with Wynn.
Also STK @ Cosmo for steak has a good vibe, kind of loud though.

Thanks Nighthawk, I was looking to see what would people choose based on those options?

Which do you like the most for each?

        steakhouse: Botero
        Sushi: Yellowtail @ bellagio
        buffet: definitely caesars bacchanal

          Steak: SW Steakhouse
Sushi: Blue Ribbon (This is where we differ)
Buffet: Bacchanal all the way, so excited about that
          Epic Vegas 2014 upcoming
          March Madness
          Bachelor Party Good Friday Weekend
          EDC.....

Been to all the steakhouses on your list and they are all good. Just went to Gordon Ramsey on thursday 5/30 and it was excellent try the Beef Wellington its his signature dish and it was great. My wife got the short rib and loved it but our friend also ordered it and it was all fat so i would stay away from that dish. Everything else was excellent the dessert called sticky pudding or something was real good. SW is a must if you haven't been there it really signifies your vegas experience with the lake of dreams show and the overall atmosphere you won't forget it. i have been there twice. Botero has more of a laid back vibe. N9NE was more of a party atmosphere than the other 3. i would recommend the seafood tower or just get the burger it was good.

Thanks Jay! I think I have been swayed to try SW as I have already been to N9NE and I am not looking for a laid back vibe at Botero. I want that Vegas experience.

              I appreciate your suggestion.
