Eating Alone

Any good recommendations for eating alone? The group I am going with tends to go a little crazy in the day in Vegas and they end up sleeping thru dinner. As a precaution what are some good spots to eat at a bar alone? I did this at Koi when it was cool and made a good friend in the waitress.
