If you got the money for anything sports Lagasse Stadium at the Palazzo is great, but not sure if they do UFC fights. You could also check out db's, Twin Peaks and PBR Bar and Grill, they are all at Planet Hollywood.

May want to contact the Pub at Monte Carlo. We've watched tons of games there but can't say regarding UFC. Great beer list.

Lagasses does play UFC fights, but yes its a little more costly.
