Pub/Bar Golf

Hi All

Looking for some local expertise to help us plan a ‘pub golf’ route on the strip as part of a bachelor party I am organising for next May. Here are the basics:

• Likely to be a Thursday evening. 9pm Tee-off
• 16 guys in full golf gear
• Starting at MGM area – looking for 9 holes, each one in a different resort
• Looking for lively and relatively easy-going bars – sure it will get a little rowdy so nothing too high end

Looking for a route that meets all of the above but is logistically friendly. Hopefully with the help we receive on here – we can plan this one ourselves but if there are any companies out there doing this sort of thing then please shout – no problem with using these guys

Any help or advice would be very welcome and appreciated.

Basing this on the bars I have gone to over the years. You can pretty much do 9 on each side of the strip if you wanted. Gives you a starting point. Hope this helps.

Front 9:

#1----- 9 Fine Irishmen in NYNY
#2----- The Pub in Monte Carlo (Can also do Diablo Cantina or Double Barrel Roadhouse here)
#3----- Todd English Pub in Aria (I'll call this the par 3 as your group only needs to do the beer chugging egg timer challenge)
#4----- Call it the Par 5 by doing a drink at all 3 levels of the Chandelier Bar in Cosmo
#5----- Not sure about bars in Bellagio...Could take one of the extras at Monte Carlo earlier as a hole
#6----- Gordon Ramsey's Bar and Grill in Caesar's Palace
#7----- The Still in Mirage
#8----- Gilley's at Treasure Island (Can also do Senor Frogs here)
#9----- Will probably have to do one of the extras above earlier or Hooters as #1 and move the other bars down a spot.

#1 could be Hooters and then go from there for the front. Other option is add the extra bars to make it 9 holes and then cross over to Harrahs after you do a drink at Mirage, hole #6, but it knocks out 4 potential bars and you would have to add 2 on the back 9 somewhere.

If you roll all the way to Gilley's you cross over to start #10 at Stadium

Back 9

#10---- Emiril Lagasse's Stadium in the Palazzo
#11---- Rockhouse Bar in the Grand Canal Shoppes in the Venetian
#12---- Toby Keith's Bar inside Harrahs (Thursday night used to be lady's night last time I went there)
#13---- Carnaval Court outside between Harrahs and Linq
#14--- O'Sheas which is connected to the Linq Hotel and the outdoor Linq area
#15--- The Yard House in the Linq area
#16--- Margaritteville at the Flamingo Hotel
#17--- Blondies in the Miracle Mile Shops in Planet Hollywood
#18--- Close out at a bar in MGM

After #16 you could take the monorail back to MGM and shoot across the street to Hooters for a drink to make this #17 and then back to MGM for #18.

Hopefully others will be able to chime in on other spots on the strip.
