The Japanese restaurant, Shibuya, is fantastic. They have excellent sushi, plenty of hot/non-sushi items and they also have a teppan-yaki area. L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon is also top notch- modern French with a large bar that overlooks the kitchen. If you have a big group, this isn't a good choice because of the seating.
If you wanna go balls-to-the-wall, try The Mansion. It's Joel Robuchon's other restaurant. It's formal, high end and old-school. Not necessarily a great pre-club place because of the rich food, length of dinner, etc. but it's certainly worth going to at least once."Moderation is a fatal thing. Nothing succeeds like excess." -Oscar Wilde

L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon is the sister restaurant of Joel Robuchon - right next door. Both are French, except the latter one is 3 Michelin stars. Incredible. You will need reservations in advance, and check average is $250/person without wine. You can also get complimentary limo service if you're not staying at MGM.

Reply to TAO Beach rules etcI think spray is always good. But liquid they have issues with. Could be wrong too as I stopped bringing it in and just get burnt on purpose now : )04-21-2024, 08:09 PM
