CUT at the Palazzo

Eating at CUT inside the Palazzo for the first time. Any suggestions or "must eats" that I should try? Signature dishes?

Go to Mastro's at City Center -- been to a few of the locations and it is far and away the best steak I ever had. Bone-in ribeye is way to go
