Light but nice meal pre or post Thunder From Down Under?

My bachelorette party is going to see Thunder From Down Under on a Saturday night, I am trying to figure out somewhere to go either before the show that is nearby (so at Excalibur, Luxor or New York, New York) or after the show and near the club (not sure where yet, but 1 OAK is the current front-runner). I don't want it to be too heavy, but we will be dressed to go out and I'd like it to still be a nice place. My favorite "pre-clubbing" meal is sushi...or maybe tapas...but I'm open to any ideas. Are there any good prix fixe menus that won't leave me feeling stuffed into my dress? All advice and direction is welcome!!

I think that I read you are staying at the Cosmopolitan. So, I would try Jaleo. Best tapas ever. Japonais is also good - it's located in the Mirage like 1 OAK. There isn't anything good at Excalibur, Luxor or New York New York in my humble opinion.

Oh yes, we will be at The Cosmopolitan (looking forward to that late night pizza)! Forgot to mention that! Lol I figured as much about Excalibur, etc. but thought maybe there as some magical restaurant I wasn't seeing. Japonais and Jaleo both look good- thanks for the tip!

Sage @ Aria is very good (in the non-tapas / sushi category). They have a $49 pre fixe menu between 5 - 7PM. If you ask to be seated in the "Lounge" area you can choose between the regular menu and the bar menu for lighter options.

Thanks for the suggestion to go to Sage! We are now split between that and the Bachelorette prix fixe at Yellowtail. Getting this many girls to agree on anything is such a production lol! But I guess at least we have TOO many options, as opposed to nothing at all.
