Best buffets are generally noted as Cosmo, Ceasers, Bellagio, and a lot of people love the M which is South of the strip but very popular buffet.

Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

Last couple trips to the Bellagio Buffet were so-so; I still like it quite a bit, but I'm not sure it would have been worth a long wait without mLife status. Caesars was absolutely fantastic (as long as you're okay with shellfish, because there's shrimp in a *lot* of the dishes), although I'm not entirely sure how I would feel about dropping $50+ on a buffet again.

Sterling Brunch at Bally's is the best buffet you will ever experience. It's gonna cost you $110, tip included, but it's worth every penny. So much great food, from incredible caviar to great sushi/sashimi to delicious lobster tails-- to top it off, they served bottomless champagne ($50 a bottle) -- It was the highlight of my last Vegas trip, and I can't wait to go back. They only have it 9am-2pm on Sundays.

I also look forward to trying the Cosmo buffet at Wicked Spoon. I hear they have Bone Marrow.

Personally I'm a fan of the rio, wicked spoon at cosmo, and bellagio. I have friends who really like the one at ceasars also.

What are you fav dishes at each buffet?

As mentioned earlier, I've heard good things about the bone marrow at wicked spoon.

Also, they have a macaroni and cheese bar!

It's like Subway, but instead of a sandwich, you order how you want your mac n cheese and they make it right in front of you. I saw a youtube vid of it the other day.

I can vouch for the buffet at Cosmo and going back a few years the Bellagio was always good. Also going back - the buffet at Paris was surprisingly good even if its a little lower profile.

                              Bellagio usually hits the spot.
