Best restaurant in LV for non vegetarian and vegetarian?

Bringing my girlfriends to LV for a friends Bachelorette Weekend and she is a Vegetarian but the rest of us are far from it! Any ideas as to where to go?

I'd say try something in either Wynn or Encore, because they have a policy of all the restaurants having a decent amount of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Botero would be my top choice for a bachelorette party because it has a really fun atmosphere and good food to boot. A little more quiet, but far better food, is Bartolotta. Amazing Italian seafood!

How about Jaleo at the Cosmo? Always see parties there. Lots of different tapas with cheeses, salads, veggies and then plenty with seafood and meat.
