Dinner recommendations for a Bachelor Party (10 guys)

Hey Guys and Gals,

Planning a bachelor party for the weekend of August 3rd-6th. Looking for either A) A fun environment type place for 10 guys, something that involves drinks included or attractive waitresses or B) A dressy nicer dinner. Open to suggestions and any feedback from your experiences!

We have a bachelor party dinner of similar size going down this weekend. Because we wanted steak and wanted to keep the budget < $125 w/o drinks, the list of choices was quickly narrowed down.

STK - very fun, loud atmosphere and there should be a lot of women there. Lots of group dinners going down.
N9NE - Perhaps not as sexy of a spot as STK, but also very high energy
Gordon Ramsay - popular restaurant right now, but perhaps not a crazy high energy vibe like the other two, but still vibrant. We are all fans of Gordon Ramsay, so we picked this. I don't think the environment is going to be all that dressy either, but it should work out well. I will let you know how it goes.

There are a whole host of great high energy restaurants in Vegas, depending on the type of food you like and budget. There are also a handful of other steakhouse you can try from CUT, Carnevino, etc. but they all offer their own type of vibe. Perhaps you can narrow down what you're looking for a bit more.

Craftsteak is great for a group of guys. 8 of us went here last year and had a blast. Had an 8PM reservation and the restaurant was pretty empty, but had a cool vibe...not to mention the best steak I've ever had. Going back this year with a group of 14 and expect the same result. The waitstaff was all about making sure we had a great time.
