I'm trying to decide between Holstein's or STK before heading to Marquee. Has anyone been to STK on a Monday night? Are there drink specials or anything like that? I skimmed yelp and it seems that STK is tasty. Any opinions will help! Thanks in advance!

Totally different type of vibe and restaurant. Holsteins is casual. burgers, fries, etc. Its great food but its not formal dining like STK is.
Trying to find a good analogy that everyone can understand. Its basically a comparison between 5guys burgers to a Black Angus.
I personally dont like eating alot before going to a club. I would do Holsteins and do some sliders and drinks to get some food in the stomach before a night of drinking and dancing at Marquee. I was leaning toward Holstein's since we'll be more focused on alcohol than food lol. China Poblano? May have to swing by while in town
