Bottles of liquor cost about the same as Marquee.
Generally speaking you should budget $150 for F & B...drink heavily or get into the wine list and you could go way higher as with most fine dining establishments.

Cost-wise, it's not much worse than a high-end steak house in any major city. Maybe if you order a bunch of cocktails it might run a little more, but the rest is comparable.
I keep it fairly simple at steak houses (sushi is another story). If I'm with one other person at STK, we usually each order a side and share. I'm not a big eater, so I always get a medium sized steak. With that in mind, bare minimum, no appetizers, toppings or salads:
Medium steak = $50
3 glasses of red wine @ ~$15-$20 = $45-$60
1 side = $11
Max total in that scenario comes to around $120 before tax and tip, per person. That just gives you an idea.Comment
