I manage a restaurant in Green Bay, Wi. In order to squeeze another Vegas trip in throughout the year I am hoping to convince the boss I am checking out restaurant trends in Vegas. Is there any nicer places that offer a tour of their place? I dont know if I contact the hotels or even maybe some contacts from the site they may know people.

Might be a good idea to approach it from a Management Group Level, rather than on a restaurant level. I would say get in touch with a Management Group like The Light Group, which operates several different venues.

Get in touch with someone in their Group Operations Team or even perhaps their marketing team. People in offices are much easier to reach than a Manager at a hot Vegas restaurant.
