Room tips for Cosmo - East or West tower?

Hi, we are 4 males, 30 years old staying in terrace studios at the cosmo.

We are going to sandwich at check-in for a room with a fountain view. Any ideas on East vs West tower?

we want to be close to the pools and party atmosphere.

Also, how high do we need to go? I can imagine it gets pretty windy on the high floors when your on the terrace?

The east tower is a small square of rooms so theyre all close to the elevators. Also the east tower is closer to the strip and marquee.

Royaltywears is right, East is the (marginally) better tower IMO, and the north side has the best views of the strip and fountains. Go as high as you can, I have stayed on the top few floors a number of times and have never found wind to be an issue. But worrying about which tower and how high to go is a little like worrying which dance floor table to get at XS - you are going to have a great time no matter what!

Just another thought, with 4 guys, you may want to ask if your room has 2 queen beds.

I prefer east tower because it has quicker access to the casino, secret pizza, most of the restaurants, the strip and Marquee.

If you try the sandwich for east tower with fountain view and high floor, your chances of all 3 go down because there are less of that room type in the east tower. I'd ask for high floor and fountain view, and then throw in east tower if possible. In my opinion your goal should be fountain view, then high floor, then east tower in that order.
