Help with hotels?

Hi there,

I've stayed in Vegas about 6 times. Mostly Excalibur, I like the large pools because we always have bad weather in the Netherlands so that's important to me. We're also going to Exodus Festival, so mostly to Hakassan, XS, Wet Republic. But I now had an offer from Totally Rewards program. I will get 5 days comped for these hotels (so I practically only pay resort fee):

Rio
Bally's
Linq
Harrahs
Flamingo

I've booked Flamingo, looking at the location and pool (I can still get a free cancellation). Rio looks good, but it's off strip, like 20 min walk. I'm staying for 7 nights so a taxi four times daily is also not that great (day return and night return). I was wondering what you would chose? The rooms at Linq looked also good, but the pool will be very small I think.

Just my opinion...

Flamingo is the best pick out of them all due to proximity to things. You might be able to score an upgrade with a sandwich... The flamingo pool apparently is quite nice too...

Bally's would be next pick

Yep, out of those Flamingo is the only option I would choose and I would think of that as a definite step up from Excalibur.

I've always stayed at Bally's and liked it but flamingos location is just about the same spot. It would really be a toss up between flamingo or Bally's, though people have raved about Flamingo's pool being a good party pool that isnt a day club. Rio is nice just too inconvenient for me since its off strip.

Thanks for the reponses! Then I'll stay in Flamingo I've called them and got a minisuite upgrade, sounds good to me.
