We are heading into town May 1-4 and are considering trying out the Cromwell. 6 guys in early to mid 30s. What is the consensus so far on Cromwell? Because of the fight, I have already booked several rooms at TI before the rates pop up. We're able to get an equal rate now at Cromwell, but I want some place that is going to have more of a party atmosphere as opposed to quiet and laid back. Is that Cromwell?

Cromwell doesnt get much discussion here... I dont think its super great... Drais is there... but if you want more "liveliness" try Planet Hollywood? -
I like the Cromwell's atmosphere. It's not the Cosmo or what the Palms was, but for the money I think its one of the best Vibes on the strip. Also it has Low table limits, good nightlife, and a prime location.Comment

Stayed there in September with my girlfriend had a fantastic time. Drai's is a fantastic time (went for the Yacht Club and regular swimming). Giada's is great is if you can get in. There's two bars on the main floor Bound and Interlude I believe, not bad for cocktails. It is a very small hotel. I loved being hammered or tired and not having to hike through the "resort" to get to the room so for me that's a plus. For others that might be a minus because it means less amenities. I read a lot of negative reviews or comments on the noise from either the club or the street. I found those to be over exaggerated especially if you are doing Vegas right (partying hard), I didn't notice the club music (I was on the 7th floor) on the Tuesday or Thursday, my girlfriend did a little bit but nothing that kept her up. Customer service was top notch, the best I experienced in Vegas so far.Comment

I was at Cromwell back in Nov last year room was small not lots of space.
Location was great always nice when u can just walk on to the strip. the hotel itself is really nice and drais is right next to you.
But for the price I would go somewhere elseComment
